Hello, check if the port and IP setting of client are the same as at serwer. Its hard to tell what is wrong. After start serwer check connection using REST Debuger (tools -> Rest Debuger) or making datasnap connection in DataExplorer.

I'm sure you already double checked the settings (Core Server IP and Port), but another basic test would be if the Core server is reachable by ping from these two probe-PCs?
